White Box Season 4 Review (2024)

1. White Box Omnibus for Swords & Wizardry (Review) - dieheart

  • The White Box Omnibus is a wonderful supplement for the Swords & Wizardry WhiteBox. Especially the Class Companion is a must-buy.

  • There are some small publishers in the OSR scene who constantly manage to chunk out good stuff. James Spahn from Barrel Rider Games is one of these guys. A while ago, he dominated the Top 100 at rpgnow with his Swords & Wizardry White Box series - and justifiably so. Let’s take a look at the compilation of his recent works: the White Box Omnibus (aff). It is still in the Top 10 charts at the time of writing.

2. White Collar: Season 4 | Rotten Tomatoes

  • White Collar's fourth season keeps things moving with hefty amounts of action, intrigue, and handsomeness. Read Critics Reviews.

  • The third time turns out to be the charm for criminal Neal Caffrey. He has been eluding FBI agent Peter Burke for years, a run that finally comes to an end with his capture. But after the resourceful prisoner escapes from a maximum-security facility, then is nabbed once again by Burke, Caffrey suggests a different end-game: In return for freedom, he'll help the Feds catch long-sought criminals. Though skeptical, Burke soon realizes that Caffrey's instincts and insight are a rare commodity. Caffrey's trusted friend and co-conspirator with ties to the criminal underworld, Mozzie, also becomes a useful source for Burke and the FBI.

  • Did anyone else stop breathing about halfway through tonight’s White Collar season finale? For a season that has had its ups and downs, “Into the Wind” definitely pulled together all of the elements that make this show so good. One of my favorite things about the episode was the way that everyone on the team pulled together to run the con. The cast has such fantastic chemistry with one another that it’s always so much fun to see them banding together.

5. Whitechapel: Season 4 | Rotten Tomatoes

  • Gross and dumb. Simplistic storyline, overloaded with useless tension, and sci fi thrown in. And way too many episodes with dumbness, grossness, and tension and ...

  • Whether it's a Jack the Ripper copycat committing horrific murders in the Whitechapel district of London, or gruesome crimes in the East End prompting a look back at 300 years of history, it's up to the investigative team led by Detective Inspector Joseph Chandler, Detective Sergeant Ray Miles and jack-of-all-trades historical adviser Edward Buchan to decipher the nightmares of the past to help solve the horrors of the present. Summoning ghosts, however, can be a tricky proposition, especially when it leads Chandler, Miles and Buchan to places darker still.
